Terms and delivery
These terms apply to all orders placed through trickboxes.ch.
1. Seller
Barbora Augustin, Bernhofstrasse 45, 8134 Adliswil, Schweiz. Contact: info@trickboxes.ch.
2. Formation of contract
The presentation of the products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
Every box is made by hand. Grain, colour tone and weight therefore differ slightly from the product photographs. Such variation is not a defect.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) and include shipping within Switzerland.
As a small business we are not registered for Swiss VAT. No VAT is charged and none is shown on the receipt (Art. 10 para. 2 lit. a MWSTG).
There are no further surcharges. The price shown when you complete the order is the price that applies.
4. Payment
Payment is taken before dispatch on Stripe's payment page. TWINT is accepted, as are the credit and debit cards shown there.
We store no card data.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Switzerland only. Orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland cannot be completed at checkout.
Shipping is by Swiss Post as an insured parcel, normally within two working days of payment. You receive the tracking number by email.
If an item turns out to be unavailable despite what the site showed, we tell you immediately and refund the amount paid in full.
6. Returns
Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We grant one voluntarily.
You may return the goods within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please announce the return by email beforehand. Return postage is at your expense.
Once the return arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase price within ten working days to the original payment method.
Individually adjusted or engraved pieces cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
We give a two-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, in particular on the mechanism. Obvious defects must be reported within ten days of receipt.
Not covered are normal traces of use, changes in the colour of the wood caused by light, and damage from moisture, heat or force.
8. Care
Keep the box in normal room air. Wood moves. In very dry or very humid air the mechanism can temporarily run stiffer. Treat the surface with a drop of hard wax oil when needed.
9. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for personal injury is unaffected.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Adliswil, Switzerland.
